A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance, Marketing, or Public Administration, from a UGC-approved university. No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

  • Willingness to undertake extensive travel across the country.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in office management, documentation, presentation, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in preparing presentations (PPT). Creativity, mobility, and problem-solving mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and preparing proposals, notes, and presentations for MTB Foundation and Management, along with handling CSR activities, compliance documentation, and external communication. The position will also require extensive work-related travel across the country for project visits, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal & Documentation: Identify, assess, and shortlist feasible proposals; review approval notes, memos, agendas, compliance statements, ratification memos, and project proposals before placing for approval.

  • Financial & Budget Coordination: Liaise with Group Finance to ensure timely CSR partner payments and monitor budget utilization.

  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct project visits across the country, prepare reports, and develop professional presentations (PPTs) for MTB Foundation initiatives.

  • Drafting & Communication: Draft MoUs, policies, write-ups, and publications for internal and external circulation.

  • Meeting & Governance Support: Coordinate meeting minutes and liaise with the Governing Body/Board Division of MTB Foundation.

  • Media & Records Management: Manage media coverage for MTB Foundation events and maintain organized records/files.

  • Research & Benchmarking: Track CSR activities of peer banks for benchmarking and provide support to Senior Management as required.
