Educational Requirements:

∎ Advance Level or Diploma in any discipline with relevant work experience

∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other department heads/managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
∎ Direct the Research and Development (R&D) program, from new product proposal to commercialization.
∎ Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research and development.
∎ In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.
∎ Develop concepts, products and solutions.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
∎ Meet key deadlines for fabric development and approval based on Global Brand Calendar
∎ Ensure fabric approval, QA and documentation to all business partners to meet sampling and production deadlines
