Job Context:
∎ A renowned Group of Companies of the Country is looking for potential candidate as Assistant General Manager (HR) for its 100 % export based Ceramic Industry located at Habiganj.
∎ Job location of the position is at Dhaka & Habiganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR & Compliance related activities of the Factory and Head Office effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate should have sound HR knowledge on Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, Disciplinary issues settlement, Grievance Handling etc.
∎ The candidate should have practical knowledge on Modern Compliance issues & have the capacity to take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers/legal requirement.

∎ Candidates having minimum 8 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR & Compliance issues of export oriented Readymade Knit Garments Factory (s) are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills & be result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
