∎ Retired ARMY Major/Lt. Colonel having minimum 3 years of hands on experience in the Admin, HR & Operational activities of Manufacturing Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality
∎ Should be result sincere, self-motivated and result oriented

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job location of the position is at Habiganj.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Admin, HR & Operation related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ The ideal candidate will look after HR Management, Security & Safety Management, Transport Management, Housekeeping Management & providing of Logistics Support to all the departments.
∎ The candidate should have hands on experience to run the Operational activities of manufacturing factory/factories.
∎ Retired ARMY Personnel with the Rank of Major/Lieutenant Colonel are only encouraged to apply.
∎ A renowned export based Ceramic (Porcelain) Industry is looking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager (Admin, HR & Operation) at its factory located in Habiganj.
