• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• Age 34 to 48 years
• Only Male

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in textile dyeing operations, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals used, and machinery involved in textile treatments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholder engagement.
• A commitment to safety practices within manufacturing environments.
• In depth knowledge on overall dying Production
• In-depth knowledge on Dyeing, RMG & Textile market.
• Factory follow up capacity with operations & Production planning related to dyeing.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager (Dyeing) to join our team for our renowned Textile Processing Factory. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the dyeing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in leading a dedicated team and delivering exceptional results that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the dyeing processes to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Running the Dyeing production, Dyeing finishing, Dyeing Planning, operation control, measuring and monitoring of product and the process
• Establishing and maintaining identification and tractability requirement.
• To become aware of Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
• To improving Dyeing process & reduce RFT time.
• To coordinate with buyer & take all kinds of approval.
• To maintain quality as per buyer requirement.
• Controlling nonconforming products at intermediate and final stage in Dyeing department.
• Provide supports for approval and maintenance of equipment related to dyeing department and training of stuff in the department.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of dyeing operators and technicians.
• Implement best practices for operational efficiency and waste reduction in dyeing operations.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the dyeing department.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control and Production to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and manage budgets for dyeing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations related to dyeing processes.
