Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with sound Academic background from renowned University
∎ Skills Required: cost estimating knowledge, Factory operations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production planning, production spining, Production/ Operation Management, spinning operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall production of the factory.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have experience in Yarn manufacturing.
∎ Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC etc.
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.
∎ Report producing for management and MIS
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Department.

Salary: Negotiable
