∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintenance, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the targeted production volume, deliver defect free products And Reduce wastages.
∎ Accountable for improving the plant productivity and efficiency of people and machine.
∎ Responsible for production planning and ensure availability of required material and people and ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and implement appropriate strategies to achieve optimum performance levels, solve bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Should have to ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study.
∎ Should have to evaluate and assess weekly machine & manpower requirement
∎ Supervise day to day production process, maintenance of plant equipment and quality etc.
∎ Ensure SOP and quality standard with Proper installation of all equipment and monitor overall plant performance.
∎ Communicate with factory's production people and management to ensure on time completion of production to meet the production/shipment deadline.
∎ To follow the production quality according to the standard requirement and guideline of the mechanical and electrical in charges regarding the operation of the machine.
∎ Supervises employees in the every steps of manufacturing of product to ensure safety, quality & productivity, monitors usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations.
∎ To conduct training of new or existing employees if needed.
∎ To report the higher Management regarding the shift operation and productivity.
∎ To Execute & Monitor all maintenance activates for smooth operation and analyze the current system of production or provision to check its effective, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary.
∎ Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
∎ Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working knowledge in MS Office is required
∎ Must be technically sound and must have knowledge of design, layout and other technical skills.
∎ must have working experience in dyeing and AOP factories

Salary: Negotiable
