Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare annual revenue budget.
∎ Collaborate to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the facility management service industry.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting regular performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
∎ Oversee the execution of sales plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor sales activities, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to drive sales performance
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the facility management service industry. Identify client needs, address concerns, and propose customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion
∎ Monitor sales pipeline, track sales metrics, and generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support sales efforts and maximize efficiency
∎ Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the sales team
∎ Assist in the development and management of the sales budget, including allocation of resources, forecasting expenses, and monitoring financial performance against targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement budget optimization strategies.
