Responsibilities & Context:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns
Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
Coordinate and support HR events, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
Assist with drafting HR communications, policies, and process documents
Perform market research and benchmarking for HR practices and compensation
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Research and identify potential clients and target industries for outreach
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Help manage CRM tools and track leads, follow-ups, and client communication
Support the team in scheduling meetings and calls with prospects and partners
Contribute to email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the BD team for strategic planning
