Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Saic Group, which is a well-known Private Sector Education Group, directly operates several Medical and Engineering Institutions all over Bangladesh. We are looking for an Assistant Executive/Executive - HR for Saic Group. The Assistant Executive/Executive - Human Resources assists the HR department in various administrative tasks and supports HR functions. They play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
∎ Handle routine HR paperwork such as employment contracts, offer letters, and resign letters.Organize and maintain HR files and databases.
∎ Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, and training sessions.Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.
∎ Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Conduct initial screenings of candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
∎ Assist in reference checks and background verification processes.
∎ Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
∎ Assist in employee onboarding and orientation activities.
∎ Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling under the guidance of senior HR staff.
∎ Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
