Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct planning activities & put programs in place with staff to ensure achievement of vision mission, goals, and objectives of Organizational Strategic Development plan.
∎ General administration and overseeing the overall development of nursing college.
∎ Implementing policy/procedures and educating all staffs on organizational Service Rules.
∎ Provide overall oversight, leadership, and communication for the department’s academic programs by developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan and goals for academic program growth.
∎ Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with Concern University and Nursing Council’s curriculum. syllabus, ordinance. rules, regulations and other applicable regulatory body’s requirements.
∎ Maintain discipline, investigates irregular policy violation and initiation appropriate disciplinary actions facilities welfare of the students and staff.
∎ Determines the number of position & scope & responsibility of each teaching & non- teaching staffs.
∎ Provides an organizational framework for effective staff functioning such as meeting of the staff etc.
∎ Reporting to the Head Office time to time.
∎ Preparation of development proposal for Nursing College.
∎ Supervise to ensuring 100% clinical practice and placement in professional filed through extensive·
∎ Performing public relation duties and assist management Forming international linkages and developing network globally.
∎ Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.
