• Age 25 to 30 years

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident speaking over phone calls.
• Basic sales understanding
• Follow-up discipline
• CRM/Google Sheet management
• Positive attitude and consistency
• Apply only if you have honours, and if you are from Rajshahi University or Rajshahi College Background and have the intention to work in hybreed or remote model.

• Call potential leads, prospects, and interested individuals daily.

• Book qualified appointments/meetings for the founder or sales closer.

• Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.

• Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up reports.

• Understand company services and communicate value clearly.

• Filter serious prospects and reduce unqualified meetings.

• Coordinate meeting schedules and confirmations.

• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with prospects.

1) Mobile bill will be given.

2) Performance bonus ranges from 2000 BDT to upto 10000 BDT.
