Responsibilities & Context:
Provide overall leadership and manage the school's daily operations.
Ensure effective implementation of the national curriculum and academic policies.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate teachers and other staff members.
Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning environment for students.
Prepare academic calendars, class routines, and examination schedules.
Monitor students' academic performance and overall development.
Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and the School Management Committee (SMC).
Manage school records, documentation, and official correspondence.
Prepare and oversee the school's annual budget and ensure proper use of resources.
Ensure compliance with government education regulations and institutional policies.
Organize teacher training, professional development, and staff meetings.
Recruit and recommend qualified teaching and non-teaching staff as required.
Promote extracurricular activities, cultural events, and sports programs.
Handle student admissions, transfers, and disciplinary matters.
Develop and implement school improvement plans to enhance educational quality.
Resolve conflicts among students, teachers, parents, and staff professionally.
Represent the school in official meetings, inspections, and community programs.
Encourage innovation, technology integration, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Ensure proper maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, laboratories, and other facilities.
Foster an inclusive, ethical, and student-centered educational environment.
