Admission & Visa Knowledge Requirements

Candidates must have practical knowledge and experience in both admission processing and visa processing. The selected counselor will be expected to independently manage student cases from initial inquiry to final visa decision.

Admission Responsibilities:

• Student profile assessment and eligibility checking.
• Course, institution, and country selection guidance.
• Admission application preparation and submission.
• University communication and follow-up.
• Offer Letter and Conditional Offer management.
• Tuition fee payment guidance.
• CAS, COE, PAL, LOA, or equivalent document processing depending on destination.
• Scholarship and financial aid guidance.
• Enrollment and pre-departure support.

Visa Responsibilities:

• Visa eligibility assessment.
• Financial document review and preparation.
• SOP / Study Plan guidance.
• Visa application form preparation.
• Document checklist preparation and verification.
• Medical examination guidance where applicable.
• Biometrics appointment guidance.
• Visa interview preparation where required.
• Visa submission and follow-up.
• Student and parent counseling throughout the visa process.

Country Expertise Required:

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of admission and visa procedures for at least one or more of the following destinations:

• United Kingdom (UK)
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand
• Italy
• South Korea
• Malaysia
• Malta

Performance Expectations:

• Monthly student counseling targets.
• Monthly enrollment targets.
• Student engagement and follow-up targets.
• High conversion ratio from inquiry to enrollment.
• Accurate and compliant admission and visa processing.

This is a performance-based position. Counselors will be eligible for enrollment incentives, visa success incentives, quarterly performance bonuses, annual bonuses, and career advancement opportunities based on performance and results.
