Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Director of SAIC General Hospital will provide strategic leadership and oversee the hospital's overall operations. This includes managing indoor and outdoor services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining quality standards, and driving organizational growth. The Director will also focus on optimizing patient care, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee performance.·
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the hospital's goals and objectives.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of hospital departments to ensure alignment with organizational vision and mission.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
∎ Oversee all indoor operations, including patient care, ward management, and specialty services.
∎ Manage outdoor operations such as outpatient services, diagnostics, and emergency care.
∎ Supervise billing systems, pharmacy operations, and financial management to ensure smooth operations and cost control.
∎ Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and high-quality care delivery.
∎ Conduct regular audits to maintain and improve healthcare standards.
∎ Address patient and staff concerns effectively and promptly.
∎ Lead and mentor department heads, doctors, nurses, and other staff.
∎ Organize training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
∎ Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance hospital visibility and patient influx.
∎ Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the Managing Director and Board.
∎ Lead the general administration team to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
∎ Ensure adherence to national and local healthcare regulations, including licensing and certifications.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads and key staff members.
∎ Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
