Responsibilities & Context:
Handle fund requisitions, bill verification, and salary disbursement.
Prepare and post daily cash and expense records in ERP.
Maintain production, utility, and cost reports and submit monthly summaries.
Coordinate staff and worker banking activities.
Assist in internal and head office audits and ensure accurate financial records.
Support month-end closing and inventory reconciliation.
