• Basic proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) is a must.

• Understanding of engineering fundamentals – materials, mechanics, thermodynamics, basic electrical circuits.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination ability.

• Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of switches, sockets and LED products.

• Prepare and update technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.

• Work closely with production, quality, procurement, and marketing teams to evaluate product feasibility.

• Lead and support product verification and validation testing to meet safety, performance, reliability, and compliance standards.

• Identify and resolve design or process-related issues during development.

• Optimize designs for performance, safety, durability and cost-effectiveness

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products from concept to mass production

• Analyze test data, document results, and suggest design modifications.

• Closely merge with foreign market as well as local market to launch the right product at the right time.

• Closely work with R&D & Operation team to ensure the right product.
