Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that daily production goal is met.
∎ Ensure the quality of the produced product.
∎ Ensure that all the process parameters are followed strictly.
∎ Assign duties to operators and oversee their progress.
∎ Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
∎ Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
∎ Other job provided by supervisor.
∎ Fit for duty on shift wise eight hours basis, sometimes 12 hours basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ DCS Operational experience is preferable with good communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
