Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
∎ Ensures smooth operation of machinery in new fish feed plant (Floating) by completing preventive maintenance
∎ Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
∎ Check the information register and take necessary action to solve the problem and also complete the information flow chart.
∎ Diagnosing breakdown problems and Keep down machine breakdown time to meet the departmental objectives.
∎ Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs to meet the departmental objectives.
∎ Arrange local workshop support for sparer parts repairing and prepare bill register to clear workshop bill.
∎ Fitting new parts and make sure equipment machines are working correctly.
∎ Carrying out quality inspections of newly received spare parts.
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records of the maintenance department.
∎ Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
∎ Create innovative ideas for easy operation (machine & process), cost-saving, time-saving of operation, etc.
∎ Liaising with other engineering and production colleagues.
