∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Feed Products and Day Old Chicks (DOC) Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generation of sales leads by visiting different competitor's agents, farms on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the respective work and agent visit in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Accountable to prepare monthly own route plan and monitoring territory officer's route plan/visit.
∎ Report the line supervisor to give detailed information regarding activities and agents in the respective area.
∎ Build-up relation with agents and to give them necessary information regarding products, performance (e.g., FCR, Advantages & benefits), prices, commissions, comparative advantages of product & attract them in business.
∎ Regular monitoring agents and ensure service by technical officers.
∎ Ensure the total survey of all agents in the respective area and calculate the market size & share.
∎ Accountable to add new agents from the competition in the respective gap market.
∎ Ensure the monthly target through existing and adding new customers (Agents, Big Farmers) on a monthly basis.
∎ Accountable to achieve new dealer sales and stuck dealer sales as per given target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, fast learner, and result-oriented team member.
∎ The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
∎ Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.
