Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for all factory machinery, utilities, and production lines.
∎ Support the execution of maintenance tasks by coordinating with technicians and reporting progress to supervisors.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults under the guidance of senior engineers, and implement basic corrective actions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine histories, and spare parts usage.
∎ Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance work aligns with production schedules and operational needs.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
∎ Monitor the availability of spare parts and consumables; assist in inventory management and raising requisitions as needed.
∎ Support the procurement team by liaising with vendors for spare parts quotations and basic service requirements.
∎ Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and training programs.
