Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing production schedules and resources at Contract Manufacturing Factories.
∎ Production planning and arranging the RM & PM at the relevant factory premises.
∎ Monitoring production processes and addressing quality deviations.
∎ Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for IPQC report deviations.
∎ Tracking batch-wise Yield % and consumption variance, ensuring accurate batch reconciliation.
∎ Initiating process loss and waste minimization efforts.
∎ Ensure RM, PM & FG proper storage and handling of FG Dispatch.
∎ Assisting in handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
∎ Lead monthly physical stock checking, material reconciliation, and material adjustment activities.
∎ Guide SCM about the RM & PM delivery station and Cooperate Audit & Accounts team during the CM factory visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Analytical skills, good understanding of Process, Machinery and safety norms.
∎ Experience Requirements: 6 to 8 years. Min 4 years' of experience of working in the Production dept. of the Cosmetics and toiletries Industry
