Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making area sales development plans for the respective area.
∎ Making distributor and sales officer setup plans.
∎ Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
∎ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements.
∎ Conduct monthly sales meetings area-wise.
∎ Lead sales team of SO and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped markets.
∎ Prepare sales reports as per the requirement of higher management and provide them on time to the concerned authority (s)
∎ Monitoring and managing subordinates, distributors, DSR
∎ Maintain good relations with distributors, subordinates, and retailers.
∎ Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to ensure sales.
∎ Akij Healthcare and Hygiene Ltd. is a unit of Akij Venture Group. We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking person who has proven experience in toiletries and hygiene products such as Soap, Hand wash, Detergent powder, Dish wash, Air freshener, Glass cleaner, Diaper etc. items sales in the retail market.
