Responsibilities & Context:

∎ We are looking for some target-oriented and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage the dealers of an assigned territory and ensure that sales targets are achieved. As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) you should be able to lead a team, solve the problems in the assign territory. Currently, we are hiring 10 ASMs for the Faridpur & Rajbari, Magura & Naril, Chuadanga & Meherpur, Kustia & Jhenaidah, Jashore & Satkhira (partly), Khulna & Satkhira (partly), Gopalgonj & Bagehat, Barishal & Jhalakhathi, Madaripur & Shariatpur, Dhaka (Savar) & Manikganj areas. Those who are working in that area as ASM/TSM are highly encouraged to apply. Food and beverage sector experience is more preferable.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
∎ .Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
∎ Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to the potential and existing clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
∎ Regularly update management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
∎ Any other tasks are assigned by the upper management.
