∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Age Maximum 50 Years.·
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations of feed mills.
∎ Overseeing and executing all mechanical and electrical maintenance of Feed mills.
∎ Plan and coordinate regarding production process with QC team.
∎ Develop, implement and ensure high quality feed production by maintaining SOP.
∎ Identify unsafe production operation and take effective action.
∎ Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory regarding feed product.
∎ Reviewing production reports from vendors to maintain feed quality.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly/annual production plan for driving the performance of key result areas on production activities.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production report for higher management.
∎ Ensure work, health and safety issues throughout the feed mill including standard fire security system
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
