∎ We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Corporate Office in the following position:
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a Strong Understanding of RMC INDUSTRY, its delivery procedure & all equipment's requirement for RMC casting delivery schedule.
∎ Able to physically casting site visit in various fields work by independently (Finding present condition, needed actual time/number of setting/qty of pipe lines, used building/casting specification, surrounding road condition, etc. for particular casting site) and followed by report both for MANAGER & PM-RMC PLANT.
∎ Keep good relations with PROJECT ENGINEERS and PM-RMC plant.
∎ To be responsible for smooth RMC delivery at casting site.
∎ Proper Planning for equipment set up before the casting delivery at customer site.
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfil order quantity.
∎ Sound experience of casting site supervisor in an RMC delivery site.
∎ Analyse market trends and recommend changes to the company.
∎ Develop marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, etc.
∎ Communicate with authority like PWD, NHA, RAJUK and City Corporation.
∎ Identify the market problems and provide suggestion to overcome the problems.
∎ A deep understanding of marketing principles.
∎ Collect market information as per management requirement for strategic planning.
∎ Prepare Competitor Analysis Report for Management.
∎ Following up business opportunities.
∎ Prepare competitors growth report in the market.
∎ Preparation of report for future market forecast.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Readymix Concrete, Asphalt, Aggregates & Building Materials.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
