• Age 35 to 45 years

• Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and making recommendations for improvements and changes to the marketing and merchandising strategy.

• Conduct research to forecast current market trends, customer needs and act accordingly.

• Should have strong leadership skill to drive, motivate and engage the team.

• Need maintain good coordination with planning & production to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Must have technical knowledge about the product.

• Set & implement the departmental KPI as per management.

• Achieve Customer satisfaction ensuring quality and on time shipment.

• Manage and negotiate with suppliers for yarn, accessories etc.

• Make schedule of activities, do T&A plan within department.

• Able to find the discrepancies, give a sustainable solution and monitor the team as a whole.

• Capable to work under pressure within short lead time.

• Perform any other task assigned by management.
