Job Context:
∎ A renowned 100% export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for suitable candidates for the position of AGM/DGM (Marketing & Merchandising)
∎ Job location: Gazipur, Factory Office and Dhaka Head office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a team leader, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to Order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of knit garment products of his team in an efficient way.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to procure profitable knit garments order for the factory (2.0 - 2.5 million USD per month) from his part. He will have to lead a Team of senior level Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 10 years of hands on experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of export based knit Garment products in reputed factories are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on knit product costing and should be capable to follow up orders from order taking to shipment.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting export target.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer applications.
