Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing HR, Admin & Compliance strategies in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR, Admin & Compliance plans to support the business needs.
∎ Coordinate with Projects Head, Departmental Heads and Managers within the company regarding Business Development, Operations, Logistics and report to the Corporate GM-HR & Top management accordingly.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR, Admin & Compliance KPI, policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operations in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Develop & Implement Fleet Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check, recommend & approve bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required by the organization.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment office, Local influences etc.
∎ Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
∎ Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate buyers' visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Good leadership, People Management, Problem solving and decision making
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile
∎ Candidate must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to the Garments & Textile Sector.
∎ Experience in different audits, such as HIGG, SLCP, Better Work, RSC, QMS, BSCI, SEDEX audit.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills specially in English
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
