∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM will add extra credit

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to communicate effectively, Factory HR Administration Compliance., Good leadership, MS Office, People Management, Problem solving and decision making
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR, Admin & Compliance strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR, Admin & Compliance plans to support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
∎ Good experience of recruitment, understanding target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiation candidates.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR, Admin & Compliance KPI, policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
∎ Provide support to employees on various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
∎ Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operations in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Develop & Implement Fleet Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check, recommend & approve bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required by the organization.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences etc.
∎ Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
∎ To monitor and supervise overall management of security personnel of the company.
∎ A candidate should be able to manage around 3500 - 5000 employees.
∎ A candidate must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to the Garments & Textile Sector.
∎ Experience in different audits, such as ISO Audit, RSC, Accord - Alliance requirement, ISO, QMS, BSCI, SEDEX audit.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
∎ Monitor staff that HR, Admin & Compliance team, supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
∎ Handle buyer compliance problems effectively, and adhere to legal and ethical codes of conduct.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staff & the top management of the company.
∎ Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate buyers' visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
∎ Communicate with the concerns in the Head Office about their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by BOD as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Computer (Microsoft Office)
