Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management form BIM, BIMS or any other professional institution will get preference.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University, University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: HR Operations, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Conflict management, General Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, KPI, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and administering full extent of Core HR functions which includes strategic HRM.
∎ Developing strategic planning for Recruitment & Selection procedure.
∎ Prepare and execute HR related plan for the development of companies' human resources.
∎ Lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the desired level.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
∎ Direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating employee welfare.
∎ Manage effective performance management system.
∎ Supervise and manage employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
∎ Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
∎ Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up works.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
∎ Any others job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
∎ Well conversant in MS office.especially in MS Excel.
∎ Outstanding organizational and skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Ability to work extra hour.
