• Proven track record in cookware manufacturing (aluminum, stainless steel, or cast iron) and coating processes.

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.

• A proactive problem-solver who spends as much time on the factory floor as they do behind a desk.

1. Process & Production Optimization

   • Develop and implement SOPs for gravity die-casting, forging, and sheet metal pressing, ensuring consistent quality in cookware production.

   • Conduct Time & Motion studies to identify bottlenecks in assembly and coating lines, improving line efficiency and throughput.

   • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize scrap, especially in PTFE and ceramic coating processes.

   • Work closely with R&D to ensure new cookware designs are manufacturable, cost-efficient, and meet production readiness standards.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

   • Oversee product testing including thermal shock, abrasion (cross-hatch), and handle fatigue to guarantee durability and performance.

   • Ensure all products comply with global food safety standards (FDA, LFGB, REACH) and internal quality benchmarks.

   • Lead root cause analysis for defects like “orange peel,” coating delamination, or base warping, using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys).

   • Audit and monitor raw material suppliers (aluminum alloys, stainless steel, coating chemicals) to maintain consistent quality from the source.
