Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement service and maintenance schedules sops.
· Monitor and coordinate service team to ensure proper after sales service of assigned portfolio.
· Establish after sales service network as per vehicle population and ensure proper evaluation of dealers authorized service center for further development.
· Prepare store parts of lubricants business sales target, planning and implementing marketing activities to achieve business goal.
· Develop service apps, software and dashboard for service monitoring.
· Prepare different report of monthly service activities and directly report to head of department.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
