To strengthen our business growth and market presence, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of AGM – Sales & Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and key accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, corporate clients, and consultants.
Marketing & Brand Development
Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, corporate branding).
Oversee promotional campaigns, exhibitions, corporate presentations, and client events.
Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the interior design market.
Business Development
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive growth strategies.
Prepare proposals, costing strategies, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate commitments.
Leadership & Reporting
Recruit, train, and develop sales & marketing team members.
Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.
Report directly to top management with insights and growth recommendations.
