∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Graduation in Science discipline with good academic track record is required. BSc. in Engineering is preferred.
∎ Candidates having minimum 10 yrs. of hands on experience in Production Planning in any reputed knit composite Garments factory with minimum 3 years in the asked position, are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have hands on experience to work with Fast React Software
∎ Should have proven leadership, coordination & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of AGM(ProductionPlanning) at its factory office near Mawna, Gazipur.
∎ The factory is having 115 Sewing lines & producing 3.0 million pieces (approx.) garments in each month.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning (Both Garments & Textile) of the procured/received orders in coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Supply Chain, Production and other related departments by taking consideration of world class standard efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate has to make production plan through using Fast React Software. So, adequate planning experience through Fast React Software is mandatory.
