∎ M.B.A in Marketing will get extra preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all operation and management of the Real Estate business.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Complete project technical studies and prepare cost estimation according to project budget.
∎ Manage compliance and quality standards for construction work as per customer's demand.
∎ Arrange and manage the work forces to work in a discipline manner.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Developing and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals fixed by the management.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have practical experience at least 15 years in Real Estate sector.
∎ Property Management.
∎ Mortgage & Finance Assistance.
∎ Selling Properties.
