Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering In from reputed University.
∎ Age at least 40 years.
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in Knitting.
∎ Minimum 04 years experience in the same post.
∎ Strong communication skill in local Knitting & Dyeing Garments area.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self-motivated and able to work under stress.
∎ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Goals and target oriented.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare production plan, schedule and maintain production process.
∎ Develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key production initiatives.
∎ Ensure accurate and optimum production of all garments within the scheduled time through production lines.
∎ Have to produce 0 defect fabric.
∎ The production follows up as per RPM of Machine.
∎ Ensure 100% quality fabric delivery to Dyeing section.
∎ Follow up GSM tolerance within 5% and .
∎ Dia tolerance 1/2 Inch.
∎ Develop and coach team members, perform 1-1 meeting and performance reviews with the team.
∎ Minimize consumption of resources - raw materials and energy and control wastage.
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning, information support and analysis.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve the product.
∎ Develop the Quality Standard, rules and regulations for achieving the Quality of the Garments.
∎ Make Q.A inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Responsible for overall Quality assurance/Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Provide all Quality related document and handling Quality/Technical Audits.
∎ Planning, checking, follow up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Assurance including buyers handling.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
