Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations, optimize resources, and improve overall efficiency, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement to distribution, to ensure seamless inventory management, minimize lead times, and optimize cost-efficiency.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration to ensure reliability and quality.
∎ Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market reach, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth in key markets.
∎ Lead sales teams or collaborate closely with sales departments to develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, customer relationship management, and lead generation activities.
∎ Develop and manage operational budgets, closely monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maximizing operational efficiency.
∎ Identify potential risks, conduct market analysis, identify emerging trends, and evaluate competitive landscape to inform business development strategies and product positioning.
∎ Gessi is a renowned luxury sanitary brand specializing in high-end bathroom and kitchen fittings & furnishings with a commitment to innovation, quality, and design excellence. As the Head of Operations for Blume Art Limited which is authorized distributor & reseller of Gessi, you will play a vital role in managing the importation of luxury sanitary products from Principle (Gessi) while also leading sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Key Responsibilities:
