Job Context:
∎ EXPERIENCE GROUP is one of the Country`s leading 100% foreign owned (UK Based) business association which is engaged in manufacturing & exporting of Garments, Accessories, Fabrics, etc., invites applicants who will be mainly responsible for dealing with Corporate HR and Administrations.
∎ This is a senior level corporate based HR position to look after core HR functions and compliance issues.
∎ Candidates who worked in Corporate HR of RMG sector will be eligible to apply.
∎ Must have relevant work experience with minimum 02 years at the same position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle HR and Compliance issues for all concerns under the group.
∎ Developing and administering full extent of Core HR functions which includes strategic HRM.
∎ Monitoring and coordination with Factory HR concern for Policy Implementation, Culture development and HR operations.
∎ Prepare and execute HR related plan for the development of companies' human resources.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
∎ Initiate measures to foster a high-performance culture, followed by working on policies, SOPs, Succession Planning, Talent Management and Employees Career Management.
∎ Development and implement performance improvement initiatives for the employees including KPI and new "Behavioral" and "Functional" competency framework.
∎ Lead and direct human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service at desired level.
∎ Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization in consultation with department heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems.
∎ Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.
∎ Supervise and manage industrial and employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Corporate HR and Administration of a large apparel industry/Group
∎ Well conversant on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and email communication
∎ Strong analytical and record keeping ability for reports
∎ Should have sound knowledge in different Accounting / ERP based HR Software
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
