- Must be well aware about Woven buying and production process.
- Candidate should have experience to handle USA customer like: Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Clein, DKNY, Costco etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
A Large Reputed Garments (100% Export Oriented Factory) We are looking for some experienced Senior Merchandiser for Woven with very strong in order execution & follow-up orders within given time frame along with sourcing new customers.
Ensure that Sourcing, new product development and negotiation are of the highest quality so that the right products are delivered at the right price on time.
Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment
Communication skill to deal with suppliers for raw materials and to be in house, space booking and delivery on time
Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
Follow up with factory/shipping company to ensure shipment move on time Follow up with commercial on correct shipping documents, shipment advice & payment
Conduct weekly update meetings with Office Manager to ensure order is in Track
Daily report to the management & the buyer
A close interaction with garments colleagues in the office.
Should be able to understand buyer's comments and follow procedures for order fulfillment.
Should be able to correspond with the buyers independently.
Monitor supplier performance and provide inputs to the annual suppliers' scorecard Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume business
Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence
All other special job as assigned by the management.
