Experience:
Ability to handle an account independently and ability to maintain 2 to 3 million order monthly.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and time management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Lead the team and execute the taken orders in a timely manner as well as design, implement and facilitate annual plan for the company with monitoring and keeping cost in control.
Manage all the activities related to order taking, merchandising & timely shipment of products efficiently and communicate effectively and clearly with buyers/buyer representatives to facilitate business.
Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
Follow up & Coordination with commercial, accessories, procurement, design, sampling, production and other associated departments to ensure on time shipments and related activities.
Proper execution of orders according to planned `Time and Action Plan` on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources.
Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the company target.
Develop the market and perform all marketing activities to secure the sustainability and growth in market as per company`s marketing plans.
Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company objectives.
Deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of merchandising activities including sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
Assist in effective cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer and follow up with buyers for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking and provide technical clarification.
Keep close liaison with the buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning etc.
Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
Respond to Inquiry and complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Develop and implementation of communications strategies, commercialization plans and activities with the budget allocations in consultation with management.
Ensure periodic reporting to the management
