Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality, Quality control, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Overall Quality of the Factory.
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters of woven (Jacket) garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Maintain AQL standard in all level of production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Fabric receiving record, inspection, shade, GSM, blanked/mat, shrinkage report check.
∎ Size set making time information, before wash and after wash measurement & report, pattern correction.
∎ Coordinate with buyer, merchant & production team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum ten years practical experience in 100% Export Oriented Woven (Jacket) Factory.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement & capable to handle buying house regarding quality.
∎ Must be able to handle technical audit (H&M, Wal-Mart, M&S, Primark,CK, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl etc)
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command over English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc.)
∎ Optimum Capacity utilization, facility & site planning
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Manpower Planning.

Salary: Negotiable
