Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ B.Sc In IE/ IPE/ Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Woven Fabric, Accessories, Sample development, Fabric consumption & product costing
∎ Lead the department and adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Follow-up to control Excessive overtime, reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management.
∎ Lead IE team with modern IE tools and method.
∎ Coordination (Planning-Cutting-Production-Sample-Store-Merchandising)
∎ Reporting (MIS-Monthly Reporting-Down time Reporting)
∎ Analysis, problem identify and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ Prepare project for reducing cost and increase Efficiency.
∎ Standardize every steps of work in the manufacturing processes.
∎ Provide cost effective production system through capacity plan and make sure achievement.
∎ Check and finalize machine layout plan as well as target.
∎ Ensure most effective, easier and economy method of work in production.
∎ Eliminate unnecessary effort and excess O.T
∎ Skill inventory of operator and prepare data base regular basis.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making, Improve overall productivity.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Must have experience in woven garments industry
∎ Experience in woven industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advance excel, Power Point, ERP, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Must be Analytical, Team player, Self-motivated, Proactive, Hard worker, Problem solver, Positive attitude, Management and Leadership skills.
