∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Textile Engineering.
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Textile Engineering.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 10-15 years. (Specifically in WEAVING. At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in WEAVING operations.)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile Engineering.
∎ Strong knowledge of weaving machines (Rapier, Airjet, etc.), fabric construction, and process optimization.
∎ Independent correspondence with developing buyers.
∎ Costing during order negotiation with Buyer.
∎ Should be a long-term planner.
∎ Excellent in English communications both writing & speaking
∎ Good command in computer.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Leadership and team management skills.
∎ Candidate should be prepared for long working hours.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience in 100% export-oriented fabrics manufacturer & exporter
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the weaving department.
∎ Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiencies are consistently met.
∎ Implement effective production planning and manpower management.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operators, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
∎ Analyze production data and KPIs to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.
∎ Maintain safety, compliance, and sustainability standards as per company policy.
∎ Good communication skills in mailing correspondence.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure the best final products. Must take care of all aspects of qualities from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Must have comprehensive knowledge of the weaving production.
∎ Prepare various reports as required.
∎ Perform any other duties as required.
∎ Update fabric & technology.
∎ Update new kind of finishing.
∎ Develop & promote innovative fabrics.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a weaving personnel with excellent weaving technical knowledge and analytical capabilities to join our 100% export-oriented fabrics manufacturer & exporter team. The position holder is expected to examine and compile reports and be well acquainted with company regulations.
