∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Candidates having minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of export based knit Garment products in reputed factories are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated and result oriented.
∎ Candidates having minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of export based knit Garment products in reputed factories are only encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job location: Dhaka Head office and Gazipur, Factory Office.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to Order taking, Order Execution & timely shipment of knit garment products efficiently as per schedule.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to take profitable knit garments orders to full fill capacity of the factory.
∎ Should be able to manage 1.5 - 2 million USD value orders/month independently.
∎ Have to lead a Team of senior level Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally.
∎ A renowned 100 % export based Knit composite Garments is looking for potential candidate as AGM/ DGM for performing Marketing & Merchandising related job activities.
∎ Job location: Dhaka Head office and Gazipur, Factory Office.
