Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree/ MBA in Human Resources Management from a Public/ Reputed Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of HR, Administration & Compliance of the Factory;
∎ Design HR policies, procedure & updating of Organogram;
∎ Assure total Compliance of the Factory to ensure the buyers expectations;
∎ Responsible for implementing & Monitoring of Policies as per local laws and as per specified by different buyer's code of conduct;
∎ Responsible for worker recruitment, attendance, authorization and Management of overtime, leave, legal compliance / code of conduct, grievance handling, general administration, etc;
∎ Be proactive and self motivated to identify / asses and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard & overall security of company, lives and properties;
∎ Contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line members and departments;
∎ Should be intelligent, skilled courageous and bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired industrial disputes at any time independently;
∎ Should always be concerned and proactive about creative ideas, highlighting and protecting company interest;
∎ Maintain close relationship with Compliance Auditors, Labor Office, Labor Court, Local Influences etc;
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology;
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic & have good personality and integrity, possess high level of correspondences & analytical ability;
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 year(s) of direct experience in Human Resource , Administration & Compliance in any reputed organization in Factory;
∎ Strong track record in managing an HR Department in a competitive and high performed organization;
∎ Vast experience in BLA 2006 (up-to-date);
