∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.

∎ Policies Development & implementation
∎ Manpower Planning
∎ Recruitment & Selection
∎ Automated Payroll Management
∎ Performance Management
∎ Training & Development
∎ Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues
∎ Compliance Management
∎ Buyers Compliance Audit Management
∎ Managing Compliance Certifications
∎ Housekeeping Management
∎ Candidates who have adequate experience & expertise in performing the above mentioned jobs independently in a reputed knit composite garments factory, are only encouraged to apply.
