Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations & lead factory administration.
∎ Drive business excellence to create appropriate systems and install appropriate IT tools and processes for people productivity.
∎ Maintain liaison with government authority regulatory body, local people & administration.
∎ To prepare monthly closing report and yearly budget and try to do the all work within the budget.
∎ Ensure optimum asset utilization to reduce the production cost.
∎ Plan and organize activities schedule as per ROFO.
∎ Ensure the standard & specification.
∎ Play a “hand on” role in the managing, motivating and directing the factory officers and staffs.
