Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Cutting Department, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity
∎ Ensure that fabric cutting is done in accordance with the production schedule
∎ Manage the allocation of resources and manpower to achieve production targets
∎ Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the cutting
∎ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production, Quality Control, Merchandising) to ensure seamless coordination in meeting production goals
∎ Monitor and control fabric wastage, ensuring efficient utilization of materials
∎ Report on daily, weekly, and monthly cutting department performance to senior management
∎ Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments of Bangladesh is looking for potential candidate for the position Assistant General Manager for CUTTING section at its factory office in Gazipur. The factory is producing 3.0 – 3.5 million pieces garments in each month.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
