• Age 40 to 50 years

• Strong leadership & team management skill

• Must be from(Army/Navy/ Airforce} background

• Retired Junior Commissioned or Non- Commissioned officers from(Army/Navy/ Airforce}

• Candidates of Chattogram Local/ Divisional are mostly preferable.

• Retired Junior Commissioned or Non- Commissioned officers from(Army/Navy/ Airforce}

• Responsible for preparing all safety standards, reports & Documentation regarding fire safety issue.

• Ensure all administrative activities.

• Maintain & ensure safety in factory.

• Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection. fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis to make the mission success.

• Monitoring Fire fighter and rescue team.

• Manage and coordinate external & internal fire related training.

• Any other task assign by the management.
